Southwest Property Inspection provides you with a
clear, concise and easy to understand report that informs you about virtually every aspect of your home. You will learn the
condition of the property so that you can make a better informed decision.
We typically do 1 or 2 inspections a day.
This allows us plenty of time to throughly inspect your house. Many other inspectors are in and out in only a hour or so.
It is not unusual for us to take 5 or 6 hours or longer. Of course, we're not the cheapest in town, but you will appreciate
the extra money spent by our not rushing through the job. We'll be answer any questions you have during the inspection and

We will schedule your inspection
to suit you, so we are available on weekends and evenings. Be sure the untilities are on including electricity and water
so that we can test these systems.

if accessible and present, to check for moisture problems, and settlement of the foundation.

Fireplaces and Chimneys.
Built-in appliances such as range, microwave oven, ovens, dishwashers, garbage disposals, garage
